Carnival Lights is an independent informational journal about Thai festival culture, Phuket street life, and related cultural topics. Content is provided for general informational and editorial purposes only.
We do not sell tickets, process bookings, list commercial prices, or act as an agent for any amusement venue, fair, or tour operator. Mentions of places, events, or brands are cultural or contextual and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
3. No professional advice

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
Courts located in Thailand shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings in your local courts as a consumer.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Carnival Lights regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings on the same subject.
